At Bshirt Rocks, we care about your satisfaction. If you’re not completely happy with your T-shirt purchase, we offer a clear and fair return and refund process.

You can request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible:

  • The T-shirt must be unworn, unwashed, and in new condition

  • All original tags and packaging must be included

  • A valid proof of purchase (order confirmation/invoice) is required

3. ✉️ How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, contact us at support@bshirtrocks.com. Once approved, you will receive:

  • A return shipping label

  • Full return instructions

⚠️ Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

4. 🖨️ Return Label Printing

You must print the return label yourself and attach it securely to the return package.
Ensure it’s visible and not damaged in transit.

If you cannot print the label, please contact us for assistance.

5. 🏷️ Return Label Conditions

  • Damaged or defective T-shirt? ✅ We provide a free return label.

  • Changed your mind or ordered the wrong size? 🚫 You are responsible for the return shipping costs.

6. ✅ Product Condition Requirements

We only accept returns if the item:

  • Is in brand new condition

  • Has not been worn or washed

  • Has all original tags and packaging

7. 🚫 Restocking Fees

We do not charge any restocking fees.

8. 💸 Return Shipping Costs

  • Defective or incorrect items – We cover return shipping

  • Customer remorse or size change – You cover the return cost

9. 🔄 Exchanges

We accept exchanges for:

  • Faulty or damaged products

  • Wrong size or incorrect item received

10. 💰 Refunds

After receiving and inspecting your return, we’ll notify you of the result:

  • Approved: Refund issued to your original payment method within 10 business days

  • Rejected: We’ll contact you and can return the product back to you at your expense
